Price

1. Listed price of ¥100 is a deposit only, not the final total.
2. Actual final price is subject to your exact travel itinerary, travel time, and destination.
3. For suburb destinations, the price indicated is for reference; please contact us to confirm the precise pricing, as additional fees may apply due to longer travel distances.

Additional Information

1. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
2. Please provide your exact pick-up address, time and contact information when booking.
3. The driver will contact you 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up times.
4. Luggage exceeding the specified limit will not be able to fit in (please consult when booking).
5. Smoking, eating and drinking (except water) are not allowed in the vehicle.
6. The service is available 24/7; for late-night (10pm-6am) pick-ups, a small surcharge applies.

Cancellation Policy

1. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
2. If you cancel between 12-24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, a 50% refund will be provided.
3. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
4. Any changes made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time need to be discussed with our customer service first, and the price difference (if any) must be paid to confirm the changes.
5. If the service is canceled due to vehicle breakdown or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered a different time, a replacement vehicle, or a full refund.
6. No-shows (failure to appear at the pick-up location on time without prior notice) will not be eligible for a refund.
